1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ICE Marketing, concerning your access to and use of our website and our marketing services.

2. Services and Payment Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following billing structures:

• MySA Package: Billed annually at R300 per year.
• Posting Add-on: Billed monthly at R100 per month. Client must supply content if the Content Generation add-on is not active.
• Content Generation Add-on: Billed monthly at R500 per month.
• External Platform Management: Billed monthly at R1000 per month, per platform (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram).

3. Content Liability

If you supply content for the R100/mo MySA posting package or the R1000/mo external platform package, you warrant that you hold the necessary licenses and copyrights for said content. ICE Marketing will not be held liable for copyright infringement based on client-supplied text or imagery.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly add-on services require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. The R300 annual MySA fee is non-refundable once the business listing has been activated and optimized on the platform.
